How do I book an Event?

A: 30% deposit is required to reserve your date, with the balance due 30 days before the event.
How long in advance should we book Phamily DJ?
A: We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date. Popular dates fill up quickly, especially during wedding season and holidays!
Can we extend the event time during the event?
A: Yes, if time allows! Extensions are billed at event rates.
Do you travel outside the city?
A: Yes! Additional travel fees may apply depending on the distance.
What if there is an Emergency?
We adhere to an Inclement Weather Policy and an Unexpected Circumstances Policy, which serve as guidelines for managing situations.

Can we send a song list?
A: Absolutely! You can send a preferred song list or general vibe, and we’ll tailor the night for you.
What happens if we need a microphone for speeches?
A: Wireless microphones are included with all DJ packages — no extra charge.
Do you offer MC services during the event?
Yes! We handle all announcements, introductions, and keep the energy flowing throughout your event, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
What equipment do you provide for the event?
We bring a professional DJ setup, including premium sound equipment and wireless microphones for announcements or speeches.

How many photos are included?
A: Standard package includes 100 printed photos (50/hour); more available as add-ons.
When do we receive our digital copies?

Can we personalize the photo prints?
A: Yes! Custom event templates are available.

What about props and setup?
